New England B.S. Thread

Holy shit I am not as young as I used to be. I just got back from my CG reunion. We rented a place on Plymouth Beach for the week there is only 8 houses on the point and it is only accessable with 4wd. I did more drinking and eating then any person should. Now comes the catch up on post day

 

How was it guys? I bet muddy from all that rain. Did anyone get stuck?

 

Just got done with the races. Had 3 races for the Stuarts and one for the herrshoffs. Nothing like rocking and rolling anchored out in the middle of the bay with a roaring hangover. Wish i coulda gone wheeling

 

There was some mud hole Miguel . One of the 4runner guys didn't have his uca long bolt tightened down so the nut backed off and the bolt came out
Jacked him up . I had some old ubolts with nuts in the trusty tool box . Ended up fitting . And got him out of the woods . And hopefully home . The rain held out all day which was nice . All in all a decent day with one little set back .

But for some reason my overhead console temp gauge shit the bed . I'll take it apart . Most likely a loose wire or something stupid .

 

Two questions
What trails did you guys run? and how did the first runner end up digging a hole that big im assuming on purpose?

 

Liberty hill road and Colby hill road.

On liberty hill there was a big big big sand pile with climbing paths. He has a stick and just dug in. I had to pull him out.

We where on the class 6 dirt roads . I have no idea about the runner . I was out in the woods looking at different trails .Deb ended up taking all the photos.

Yup had a great time!! Thanks to Johnny, Denis, Will, Ben...everyone for helping out with the "mishap". Thought for sure that was gonna cost me a few+ large to get my truck outta there but as bad as it first looked it really was relitively minor. The nut on the long bolt holding the UCA came loose an fell of then the bolt worked it's way out, thankfully Johnny had a nut from a u-bolt that fit. Half an hour and we were back to wheeling, and yup drove like a charm all the way home

A guy at an Autozone in Franklin with a Tacoma approached me asking about my light bar and headlights. I told him about this place so we'll see if he shows up. He already had a fog light anytime mod with HID's, a chrome bull bar with PIAA's mounted on it. It was a dark blue AC.

 

Popped my wheeling cherry.
