You may want to check in with your town hall and make sure the trails are legal. You don't want to get caught out there by the environmental police or be reported by the locals at the access point.

Good point. I do know I've seen zero postings anywhere. It's kind of a unique spot: the entry point is at the end of a road in town and the first time I followed the main trail it came out to the end of another road with the same name as the Oxford street. Makes it seem like the original plan was to complete the connection but then that was abandoned. The exiting today did not reveal any postings but I guess if you come out on a power line somewhere they are typically posted and could lead to a report. I keep my access and usage very low key and respectful so as not to draw negative attention.

Yeah obviously its going to have to depend on the weather. Id say if theres more then probably a foot of snow by then i wouldnt go out unless someone really knew the trails. And i dont know any trails except over in Berwick, ME which are pretty lame.

I would love to hit those Poker run trails again. The one next to pats peak was fun the ones we hit last time aswell.

Ya those trails are fun . There are so many trails in that area it's crazy. Denis, rob and myself used to take the trip up and just scout a bunch . It's really endless . When you get closer to the Vermont border the trails get a lot harder . Not private property hard but still a good challenge for the tacoma's .

There is a spot just over the mass/ri border that is huge and stock freindly . A lot of us have been there many times . It's close to black stone .
