NE area wheeling trip plans

That sucks. How was it changing it in the woods? What were those tires rated D or E

 

It was good, i was bummed it happened so quickly into the trip, i would have liked to keep going for a couple more hours. Ive forgot how fun henniker is.

 

Im not sure of the rating, changing it was sketchy. I tried to flex the truck out so the front end was a little higher, then put my jack on a couple rocks and jacked it up as high as i dared. The worst part was the rim was stuck on the hub a little, john held my bullbar to steady the truck and i had to give some gentle kicks to get it to come loose, then dennis handed me the new one and grabbed the old one nascar style haha

Im really itching to get out in the woods again soon. Its been a couple months since iv been wheeling. Now that i have some new wheel bearings and bumper im ready to roll. Is anything going on in the next couple weeks?

 

Ill even try to get something going out in western NH if you guys want. Probably washington henniker area. Ill try to remember the runs i did last year for ENH's fall crawl. Devils Den etc. Or id be down to do some class 6's in the wakefield/wolfeboro area. Allways wanted to run TDD. What do you guys wanna do?

 

I'd be up for it . I need to fix a few things first. At least a couple weeks .

 

I'd be up for some too provided it's after August. I'm booked every weekend from now to the last weekend of August.

 

Anyone doing anything around the south shore/central area soon? Im getting some time to have a life finally…

 

Anything happening near RI make sure someone shoots me a PM.New but wanna go out and see what type of gear I will need to be able to make it through.

Anybody thinking about taking a run to the trails in Rhode Island in the fall?

 

Heard they were closed, if it's the trails on the CT/RI line.

 

Thank stinks. Anybody know if or when they will open back up? Are there any other trails in the rhode island area?

 

I would guess they will be closed for the foreseeable future unless someone knows otherwise. There is about 2 years of construction on the transmission lines through the area, which means increased police, EP, utility workers, gas line inspectors, environmental inspectors, etc...

 

Hi guy's, long time. I'm taking a ride to the RI spot today with a couple a quads and dirt bikes. I'll post my findings. Hope it's not shut down. Nobody should be working in there on a Sunday. Lots of ways to get in there. Like I said I'll report back ..........technically, it never was open. Lol
