    I heard 3/4 of the city plows broke down. Our 2 biggest stores, Lowes and Wally World, moved to N. Smithfield. So the city is only going to get poorer.

    doing a quick scan for cops at the start

    we only had 6-8" of snow. I only had to use 4wd to get out of my parking spot from the plow. But even then I prolly coulda done it in 2wd. Sucks cuz I wanted some deeep snow. I know, should awent to Long Island or Conn ... if only.
