All depends on how fubar they are. I'll look up what I bought tonight. Pretty sure I just got new springs from rock. Cylinder from pep boys only because I screwed it up during removal. Pads from yota.

i rebuild my whole rear drums

    i got drums (2)

    wheel cylinders (2)

    shoes

    spring kit

star wheel adjusters ( they are side specific) FYI

    lots o brake cleaner

and make sure you have the drum brake tools.....
I use this for the set springs

And they make a spring remover / puller but you can use a good pair of needle nose vise grips just fine

If you a spring puller for a dirt bike
They work very well as well

x2 on the brake tools....also get a spring puller. For a couple bucks it's a great tool to have in your truck tool box.

I couldn't find my receipt but I looked on Rock and the Drum Brake Hardware Kit is needed IMO. I was taught to always replace the springs when doing drums.

The rest is up to you.

I reused my rear drums, cylinders, & adjusters....except for the cylinder I fucked up during removal.

    -Shoes

    -brake cleaner

I haven't even looked into the adjusters part yet, as in, I don't even know what it is :p

The adjusters are easily taken care of with a flat head screw driver. Just keep clicking till the drums spin freely, then give me a whack ;)

And if your lines look anythibg like most brake lines in the NE, heat up the fittings with a torch briefly. It will make things much quicker!

I see no need to replace brake cylinders unless they are leaking. Pretty hard to wear them out.

I say and did it for piece of mind
    Factory ones had 100k
Id rather replace everything at one time
For the extra $8 and 5 mins of time it takes
