Any ideas for dressing up headlight reflectors? I got a new headlight but the reflector looks like ass, the one in my old headlight isn't broken so I may switch them, just feeling lazy atm... This one looks like its pitting but its plastic :notsure:

$43 new at Rock Auto. Thats my recommendation

Craig gave me some of his old lights so I could use the parts to fix mine. After melting them apart and looking at all the rusted out parts and figuring they would be a PITA I just bought new ones. Some stuff Ill rehab, but some thinsg are better off if I don't mess with them. My patience is lacking :D

If it's just one plug what about touch up paint? won't be perfect, but would look great from a few feet away.

That's what I suggested to her, but she's hellbent on priming it, painting it, and then clear coating it. I guess she's OCD.lol. I told her to look close at my truck and hers will then look perfect.

They have color match in a spray version for small things like this and it's dead on. It is a two part paint process though - base and clear.
I'd get the base from them and just use the duplicolor clear.

yea...thats excessive to me, but both my trucks are turds. Going to spend a ton of money for a 7/8" part, but to each their own.

If it was my old Mustang I would of done it :D

I hope you NJDBs had a good weekend. I got out on Friday to do some wheeling with some former coworkers up in the foothills, where I got to show off my onboard air. Then on Saturday I got up at 5am to meet up with some CO TWers for a trail run before meeting up with the main group for the Wuzzy121 Memorial.

You guys should come out here and do some wheeling before hitting Moab next year! :poking:

I think that's a scale (like the scales of justice).

The sad thing is some newb will pay what he's asking for it & he won't split the profit with the other guy.
