It's my Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday were spent doing nothing at work...getting paid double overtime. Would have traded the money to be home with family though!

For once I actually know what day it is (paycheck day)

    Scott-

My dad is looking at pole barns, same one you posted the other day. Have you had any experience with that company? Was it your brother in law or a friend that has one already?

My brother Inlaw has a custom built pole barn which he just had built by some builder he knew. But I have two friends that bought from Pioneer and both where very happy with them.

So.... What are you waiting for?

Rear high clearance bumper on truck with stock suspension, stock front bumper, no sliders, no skids, ftw... Or ftl...

Nice. Do you know if that price at the top of the page includes the installation of the building? And a concrete pad would be additional right?

I'm excited about the idea but I think he's crazy. He wants a garage big enough to park 2 cars side by side and have enough room for a work bench , tool boxes, welder etc. and he wants to get a lift so he could park 3 cars if he needs too.

He doesn't even have anything to park in it yet..

He must be planning on spending $100k between the building, the driveway, utilities (electric, gas, water), concrete pad, accessories for the building, and cars.

Just doesn't sound like something he can actually afford to do. Seems like more of a dream... Maybe a mid life crisis lol

I actually asked about the concrete foundation, and it's on top of the price tag of the building itself....
property taxes would likely take a nice spike on top of the costs you mentioned.... it sure sounds like an awesome plan....
Funny how I've only met you once and actually met your Dad.... cool guy... he saved Mike's day by lending us the 45° and 90° angle pliers and I was able to finish installing Mike's pcv valve...

The slab would be on top of that price. The friend that has the same one that was in that picture was at about 18k all said and with heat, lights, gas, electric and water. Which is still cheaper then a stick built.

Tell him to get a Tacoma! But seriously, don't crush his dream of a garage with a lift. A place with a garage, a lift, and a tool truck sounds like a great place to me? :D

See what you did? You just compared Hunter to Mike. Now Mike is going to need therapy.
