    Cause we didn't have any big washers and the bolts would bottom out before tightening all the way. The plate the tie down is attached too is about 3/8" thick.

    If/when I get shorter bolts, then I can remove the tie downs

    I'll post some prob tomorrow. I had a big family reunion today so my bumper time was limited to about 1/2 hour this morning. Just have to finish wiring up the fogs. I got the skid on tight finally

    not sure if it still exist…. you know how hobby store are mostly all extinct… but in North Bergen is the home office of Megatech International…. they might still be open…. they Make parts for all RC brands…. you could just bring or measure the bent dog-bone from the pic and get a replacement… you might even be able to get a thicker one in titanuim….

    let me know when almost done to getting it running…. i got an HPI E-Firestorm with flux upgrade… just need a new shell and maybe batteries if i cant get them to cycle… they are kinda old!
