whats a good, affordable headunit that has bluetooth streaming of iphone music?

 

lol. I thought about it and I stopped myself. I figured I wouldn't rub it in that I was there and you weren't. You gotta stop going away on weekends and come with me.

Let me know when you guys want to go. I am always game. There's one not far from my house (Woodbridge) and there's one not far from my work (Fairfield) so I'm always in close proximity.

 

I've gone to the one in fairfield once and its actually pretty good! I'm down to go also

It really comes down to features, price, and whether it will fit. The first gens don't have as much room for a headunit as the second gens, but if you're going to stick with the stock speakers then you'll have an easier time fitting something. I would just go to Crutchfield.com and find something that you like, then order from some place cheaper because Crutchfield charges MSRP.

 

A double din will fit a 1st Gen... It's just that the location is a bit too low to be ideal...

 

^^ This. You're going to want a headunit that allows the screen to tilt up toward you. Also consider getting the

Very true! I'm not looking for a double din though, just a regular aftermarket one with a tray underneath. I want to copy ur old 1st gens sub box also lol but I deff need help installing it

Have you considered a USA spec (toy-15)..I think...

It plugs into the stock head unit where a 6 disc CD changer would and gives you an iPod plug and a red and white plug like on a TV(which you can than get a red white to aux cord)

I highly recommended it, I've had one for 4 years and havent considered a head unit yet
