We need one. I don't really know of places to go, but I say we shoot for August. Maybe we can hit up a park for the meet, like Lums pond? There is plenty to do there, it's just not free. I'm willing to help coordinate.

Are there any legal places around here to play in the dirt? Anyone need help with parts installs because that could easily become a meet.

I propose a meet August 10th or 17th. Anyone got any thoughts on a location?

I'm would like to attend. However, I have plans on the tenth, so I guess I vote seventeenth. If you're looking for legal places to wheel in and around New Castle County, there aren't any. I've been kicked out of most of them. Wheeling screws up your truck anyhow. That's why mine's all scratched and dented.

Any objections to the 17th then? Gives us time to get things in order. How did the meet at the Mall turn out last time? We could go there again.

I may be in De. The canal is about 1 mile from lums pond. Can wheel there. Nothing great but probably the largest open off road spot in northern de.

I may be interested if I can make it down there. The 10th is me ol man's birthday, and the whole fam is leaving for vacation to Tennessee on the 17th, so it doesn't look good, but who knows. Good to see some interest in north DE regardless

They went to the canal on the last meet and I believe a Park ranger asked them to leave. I didn't think you could legally wheel.

Anyone got ideas for the meet spot? I think we'll stick with the date of the 17th since it is further away and gives us time.

Last time we went to the C&D Canal. Wheeled for about 26 minutes then D&R cop came out and made us leave. I'd be down for a meet. Any day is good really on the weekend.
