Hi all, glad to see a western PA thread. While I'm on the other end of the state, I still have family and friends that I visit in Western PA.

Are there different series of trails? I don't think my parents would be too happy with bringing my truck home on a flat bed haha. Just something to get a little dirty while having some fun with friends.

Good question because I've been looking for somewhere to have some fun. Only place I knew of nearby was shutdown because of some dumb ass kids who ruined it for everybody.

I live in Columbus now, but I'm from Pittsburgh. I have a friend who also has a 2013 Taco who still lives there. We're interested in legal trails too - PA, OH, WV, KY... I would like to find places where we could wheel in and camp.

Mines pretty stock save for the 5100s and rear add a leaf. And frankly, I really dont wanna take it any farther off road than game lands roads and shit. Its too nice and way too expensive to beat up

Live in Hopewell now, grew up outside of Uniontown. As far as public trails, never knew of any. The only place I know that is sorta stocker friendly is an old county road that runs parallel to Route 40 going from Hopwood to Laurel Caverns Road. Its not paved, nor gravel. Snow usually made it interesting but other than that its a nice ride. About the middle of the ride, there's a bald spot that you can park and walk up to a look out the locals called "the moon." It basically is a great view of Uniontown on a clear day. The bottom gate is usually open but top is usually closed and need to find another spot to get to the road.

Neat. Game lands roads are enough for me.

I saw a lifted white 12+ double cab on my home from work yesterday in the New Kensington area. Any one on here?
