plan on moving to pennsylvania had a couple of questions?

    silver star headlights, optima yellow top battery, 2X10 mtx thunder 4500 speakers, kicker kx 400 amp, pioneer headunit, injen air intake, flowmaster dual exhaust, doug thorley long tube headers. waiting to put on urd maf caliberater, urd o2 senser, urd supercharger and 7th injector setup.i Fell
    im living in florida right now and i plan on moving to harrisburg, pa. i have 2006 prerrunner urd mark 1 supercharger doug thorley long tube headers catless y pipe flowmaster 50 series exhaust dumped behind the axle walboro 255 fuel pump. im wondering what i need to do do pass emissions or what kind of emission testing they have in harrisburg.

    My advice is to make friends with someone at a garage that does inspections. Well as long as you dont have any codes you might be alright depending how close they actually look at the pipes

    in pa they inspect your truck every 2 years fyi

    thats good to know, i installed the o2 simulater when i got the long tube headers, so that stopped the cel.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    I don't think they do an actual emissions test unless you live in Philly or Pittsburgh. PA does it emissions based on per capita. My county doesn't do any testing other than visual presence of emission components. The county next to mine only does a gas cap check. Here is the State Code for emissions. I think you will be required to have a cat though.

    Depends on where you live.

    I live in Lancaster county and we get emmissions tested. Aside from the gas cap check & visual inspection, I'm pretty sure they hook up to the OBD port and run diagnostics.

    If you drive less than 5,000 miles per year, you're exempt from the emmissions test - although, they still do a visual check. You're exhaust system has to be intact with CAT and in good working order.

    Pumo420 - Welcome to PA!! I don't know about how Florida is, but PA tends to be strict about a lot of things (yearly inspections).
