Yes it's great over there. The best part about it is you can bring anything that has a motor and wheels. Brought my side by side there before I sold it, it was a blast.!

Yeah these are the things that make Maine Maine, as you know. Where'd you go camping exactly? Tent out and go fishing or?

A mile north of the top of Long Lake, up 35 from Harrison. Its technically in Bridgton. I have family from Mass that have a little land there.

I tented out but didn't get a chance for fishing, might do a bit of that this coming weekend if the weather allows for it.

Sunday works, as long as the Patriots are on or can get back home in time. Why not some time in early October or Late September??

Anyone know of any good mechanics in the Southern Maine area? I'm going to need some work done that is out of my realm (timing belt) and would prefer not to drive it all the way back to Rochester to my usual mechanic if there is one closer that is really good.

Whereabouts? Archie's is in Wells, and his crew know engine work. Might cut you a good deal on labor. :notsure:

I know one of his crew tore down and rebuilt that zippy little tan import. Might be worth asking, worst case is he can point you to a reputable shop.

I came so close to stopping in there as I drove by (gas fill and dog bathroom break on the way to All Wheels last weekend) looked like a cool shop

Archie knows Toyota. I still wander up there for consults, etc. When I can afford lockers I'll have him do the work.
