Hey all, I'm from northern VA and i realise im in the wrong region but i'm lookin for some help. I'm interested in the chincoteague/ assateague island for some simple beach driving, hiking, and camping. If anyone has been and can speak good about it, please do. If its no worth my time id love to also know it. Thanks gents.

It's a lot of beach driving. You will need a year pass (beach tag) along with off road equipment, small shovel, blocks etc. It is nice because you can do this all year long. If you like to surf fish, put your pole in the truck and set up shop somewhere along the beach.
