My dad's '99 frame has rusted out completely and can't take it to inspection or it'll snap on the vibrator. The 99's are under recall for frame rot, but he can''t take it in until he's got another truck lined up. If you know anyone or see anything in the NJ, NY, or PA area, would you mind passing a long the word? Ideally looking for an access cab.
