VA meet later on?

Alright so a little bit ago who dat popcorn and some other people were talking about a meet in VA on the teen taco thread...so i started this thread to see if anyone would be interested in a meet...if we can get this going we would like the younger people to go especially but everyone is definitely welcome

i just realized there was recently a meet a few days ago in dc i believe so maybe next month or so?

just put up your thoughts on this please

yeah, about 6 of us just had a meet/mod day this past saturday, but i'm game for another one whenever you want. what area are you in? I'm from vienna, the one we just had was held in potomac MD. it was a great central location for the northern va/dc/md crew, but i know there are also a lot of guys in southern va, which can be a pretty good haul for just a day

im not sure where, i was thinking to see who might go and then find out where after that. should i start a list of people who would be down?

 

just my $.02.....i actually think it may be easier to do it the other way around. people probably won't be able to say yes or no until they knew where it will be. there are a lot of guys in va and the surrounding areas that would do it, so if you set a time and place, i'm sure you'll build up a list of people who want to come.

I missed the last one but I'd be down for one in this area in the future! I'm in Centreville, VA, close to Dulles airport.

 

Interested as long as the drive isnt more than an hour from me. manassas is pushing it for distance. but that is also out west a little fairfax is a good distance somewhere near there would be fine. anywhere an hour from annapolis would be fine. That meet on last saturday was perfect just at 58 minutes from mine to kohlers.

 

Ditto, ahaha i missed out on the last one for some reason idk why really? im down for a meet to meet some new people, do one after july 4th weekend though i got a reunion down in ga. this weekend then work 4th of july weekend in D.c. woopdefreakindo but let me know a date and where and im down definitely

Alright well it seems like there are a lot of people in northern va area and eastern va... im trying to think of a general area that everyone would be able to go to...do you southern va people mind driving up closer to dc? but i guess that would make the drive more like 2 hours for you guys so maybe more central virginia?

where in waldorf are you? i used to live up there a few years ago

My sister in law goes to ODU so if there's a southern VA meet maybe I could bring the wife and kid down for a meet and visit with her. Kill two birds with one stone.
What about a Richmond or Fredericksburg meet? I don't really know where a mid point would be but that would screw the Maryland peeps if they wanted to come too...
My vote is northern va area, but I'm a little biased

 

i too am a little biased to northern va, but a fredericksberg meet would be cool. got some family i could visit there, and it's only about a 50 minute drive. still only just over an hour if you're coming from southern md. it just gets kinda far if you're coming from the annapolis area
