Yeah definitely, turning around is a bitch sometimes but me and MT Taco have scoped the whole thing so it has potential for a meet.

lots of places to explore over here - the one bad thing is that nearly every road would be an out and back. all dead ends over here.

Yes alot harder and actual off roading. We did find a couple roads that met up with different ones so not all were dead ends, but you have to know where to go or else you end up doing a 50 point turn.

I would like to go to the August meet, no promises though. I'm moving late August or early September so I might be busy with packing and everything. Keep me posted on dates/locations and I'll hopefully be able to meet up with you and see some more of MT before I leave. I'm running on stock suspension, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to hang with you guys if you're off-roading on crazy-hard trails. I'm in Great Falls, so if you want I can recon some trails in the Little Belts or Big Belt Mtns if you guys want to meet up in central MT. Let me know.

TEA, many of us are always down. Especially the guys up in Kalispell...I'm also stock susp so nothing too wild here either, mall crawler status... For now. I hope we can get something organized anyway! Know what else is funny? I am already sad to see you leave us even though I know absolutely 0 about you... wow, I am beginning to care way too much... I have emotions? Haha

We going to take a poll again to see what weekend or are we deciding a place first?

no more late night TW surfing for you - getting too touchy feely for this crowd. let's try cutting back to about 20 hours of TW a day for awhile, see how you do with that...k?

wasn't planning on it - I was afaid everyone would just say name the place and I'll be there (since you all were to excited in the beginning) and a poll would be useless.

that seemed to be the general impression i got too. i'll be out doing a little exploring today. got to find something that will satisfy everyone who wants to see blood this time around and yet not scare the rest of us away.

exploring is out of the question today - i must hike. fairy lake road is finally open so I am heading up there. last week the USFS office claimed it was closed due to snow drifts so either they are full of BS or its going to be an interesting drive...

I think they are full of it because I always thought they plowed the road to that one house up in there and my bro rides snowmobiles and said its open in the winter.

The house is just before the first gate, the 2nd gate is about another mile up the road. It was open yesterday and there was no snow or even mud in sight. Me thinks someone at the forest service forgot to unlock the gate last weekend...it was busy up there too! And the road was rough, they did attempt to grade it sometime through the week but they only succeeded in making it rougher than it was before. Good drive though, definitely gave the suspension a workout! I think it was the official 'take your Toy to the lake day' too - got back from the hike and I had 2 4runners, a Tundy, and another Taco parked around me...

Ah I see. I don't remember it being that rough.
