Sounds like fun. I'd be up for a run at Tahuya on the 2nd. Don't think Elbe is a good option. Not much there for unlifted trucks.

So seems like everyone is fine with Tahuya but what time? I'm thinking around noon so it gives everyone time to travel and plenty of time to play around. Sound good?

You live fairly close to there don't you? Why don't pick out a spot where we can all meet up?

Whats the name of the town nearby? Is it Belfair? Seems like I recall there was a Safeway there that folks used to meet at before heading to the ORV area. Do you know it?

Yeah there is a Safeway we can meet at and then head to the trail head
I myself have not been there since i was about 12 (so about 17 years)
I should have thought about that on the weekend

Anyone been there and know? I remember the safeway and we can figure it from there i guess, i thought we might have a couple people going that have been there before

There's a Safeway and a QFC. The QFC is a couple of blocks closer to Tahuya and has a bigger parking lot, making it a bit easier to meet up with a group.

also, unless someone already has one, i think i may be able to grab a portable air compressor from work to take along with us, for any airing down we may do

Wives are always welcome. My understanding is just for the day. I have no idea if this is a place you can camp at or what, I've never been, but if you can and want to, why not. I always carry a little portable electric air compressor too if we need it.

My question is, is thing happening or what?? What happened to the OP and everyone else on the attending list on this one?
