Snowed here for a few minutes. If I drive about 15 minutes west I'll be in snow. I may head out and play for a bit tomorrow.

    same shit as everyone else
I drove up to Bald Peak in Hillsboro (1400 feet) and they had about 5 inches alone around 1pm so I know it's going to be a mess at anything higher. None of the roads were closed at TSF Friday but some trails were closed for the winter for maintenance. Fire break was open though plus cedar tree (what we did) and university. Be safe guys and bring plenty of supplies. Y'all might get suck for a while. I can't imagine the body damage I'd get doing moderate trails in the snow up there.

The consequences of a foot and more of powder turning to slush in an hour's time are extraordinarily unpleasant.

Finished off my tailgate. Possibly lost one of my snatch blocks. A 4runner has dents all along its driver side. It was an awesome time until it started melting just when we hit an off camber section on Cedar Tree. Spent several hours winching. Plus I don't think I've ever been that soaked and cold. Fucking trees shedding a poop ton of snow really fast.

I'll post mine here too. Didn't get many pics though. The majority of the winching started right before or after it got dark which made it that much more fun. Definitely a recovery effort for the books.

Fuck me. Last night when I was packing up to go home from work my phone slipped out of my coat pocket and fell screen first to the ground. Yep, the screen finally cracked.

Talked to VZW about what to do. They said if I decide to upgrade to a new phone I will lose my unlimited 4g data (fuck that). Or I can go through insurance and get a replacement.... for $99. Sad thing, if you go into a VZW store and buy a new Nexus its $99!!!!! What the Fuck!!!!

Guess I'm using a broken screen until it gets worse

That's BS. You only lose your unlimited data if you change plans. They are sneaky and sometimes change the plan without letting you know when you upgrade phones. Go to a different store and try again. They tried to do the same when I upgraded my wife's phone. When you upgrade to a new phone you are not required to change plans, you can renew the one you already have.

Yes, it was. It wasn't too long ago either. Maybe 4-5 months.

Ha I had a similar time. My seats are still wettish, I haven't figured out a good way to dry them yet.
My arms feel so beat up.
