Hey man, I haven't followed all the replies, but if I was a welder, and didn't want to work in the oil patch, I think it would be sweet to work for All-Pro here in Montana, or CBI in Idaho.

 

People are stupid. The lady i bumped is filing a claim that there is lots of damage...wtf??

 

You take any pics of the 'damage' ?

 

to be fair, she does have the right to file the claim over even just a "bump"

but ...... if it was just the "bump" you described and everyone went on their way...... insurance fraud? the time they waited to file a claim is a little suspicious.

It's totally fraud. They was nothing wrong with anything and I guess the guy said she is reporting lots of damage. And that she is known for calling in a lot..but still. What an asshole.

Cause she did and started to go to merge. Then the last second hit her brakes and I was looking left to see if I could merge and let my foot off the brake. Bumped into her

 

I'm surprised there's no whiplash claim also

Wyoming is a throw back to kinder times. In the big cities, lots of tension, lots of hate. Everybody thinks they are entitled. Me,me, me. No more Us.

Always call the cops. That way there is an impartial third party.

Tell the insurance company everything and they will handle it. That's why you pay premiums. Also let them know you think she's trying to scam
