Yea..yea no doubt. When its down it doesn't move. Its all locked down save on part and it is partially locked. And won't transfer movement much.

The weakest point in the whole thing is the mounts to the truck. just bolted straight to the bed. And the bed metal is super thin.

Time will tell. Why im not getting rid of the old one for now..ha

Well no point in doing mods if the truck doesn't run at all haha maintenance is important!

 

One time. I only dragged it once and now it has become "over damn near everything"

 

Oh it'll get all nice and fixed, just need the cash. Still gotta do exhaust manifold, manual hub maint., and power steering flush asfter I get the HG done.

Man i sure hope our derby car is just low on tranny fluid. We can only get it to go in 1st. It wont shift and wont go in reverse. This is why i dont like automatics.

 

Didn't someone bend their bumper using their winch?? Didn't some one fix that????

I think you too just need to wheel harder. You haven't wheeled a 1st gen until the wheel has fallen off. At least twice.

Also, im updating my build on Expo right now..i think its kinda funny how some things are the same and some are different. For one, Mike REALLY took pictures of everything on the first Lolo trip. the last few trips i felt like Ben did haha

Like you said, getting the aiming correct is the challenge. I don't think I have the patience to do it the right way.

Well..it'll probably be BIGGER then a lab..haha so anywhere from 70-100lbs id bet.

 

I love labs. But i know when i get a dog, im getting a medium sized dog first. Terrier probably. Or something idk.
