Mine had a random trying to shift into 4x4 uncommanded...only on sharp left turns..other than that it was a unbreakable truck...

mine had a hot start problem but I dug into that this last weekend and think I’ve got it fixed for now (needs a new iac) couple of other small things too. It didn’t have a radio but a good friend of mine gave me his old alpine to last me for now... not great tunes but hey it’s at least something! Just gonna slowly plunk away at problems as they come up... also thinking about getting a donor engine to buildup and put a supercharger on in the future...

Popping over to Idaho threads again! Hows everyone been?!?!?

CdA... (Hayden, Post Falls, Rathdrum etc)

Anyone have a highly recommended real estate agent in that area?
Not quite ready to buy, but starting the hunt...

Low housing inventory in SW Utah is driving home prices way the hell up. Might be worth selling our home and getting an apartment for a while! The market is that hot.

Im watching Zillow and realtor.com but looking for a more tailored search...

How is travel to that area right now? Hotels open? might do another short trip up to look at some places if need be... We were up there in January and as cold and snowy as it was, we really liked it!

I'll be up in the cda area in a few weeks scouting for a move there myself... but im too poor to buy a house lol

Will have to rent an apartment and save up, hoping to buy in the Hayden area but... things may change.

Edit: Which reminds me, any tips/tricks/must see's/do's from any locals? I love the area but the girlfriend needs to see it for her own eyes to be sold on it. Our other option/backup plan is Boise where her brother lives but... I'd rather not.

Decided to keep the Tacoma as my grocery getter (instead of getting something else) and bought this in May :D Now I'm patiently awaiting a trip to the mountains with it. 20200531_151505.jpg 20200614_164623.jpg

I don't have much to compare it to (we've only ever rented a rzr once several years ago). We went with the Can Am since they are known to run cooler than the RZR's, the back cargo area stays cool enough for the pup, where I've read RZR owners need to purchase a heat sheild to keep anything back there.

As far as performance, this is the rock crawler edition and it hasn't disappointed yet. It's not turbo'd but that's typically only needed for the dunes. The dealer told us average speed in the PNW on a side by side is like 34mph, which doesn't seem fast until you're on a trail doing it.

Sorry about that. To Boise. Been wanting to move here ever since I visited about 5 years ago. I’m staying in southwest Ada County.

    Hey!
    Me again!

Headed to Cd'A in a couple weeks. Looking at houses/condos/townhouses etc. over a long weekend.

Can anyone provide some insight in regards to the weather in Harrison (south of CdA.) I have done my homework for Coeur d'Alene and love what Im seeing year round. I want to avoid places like Sandpoint. Even so close, they have a much harsher winter. How does Harrison compare?

I have been in contact with a real estate agent (thanks to TW ;) )
Hope to see as many places as we can in just a few days. If youre in Cd'A and want to grab a drink, whether coffee or a whisky, send me a message!
