    I've lived in Lakeland Hills in the Auburn, Sumner, Bonney Lake area for a few years and love it. A good place to check out. There are a lot of new neighborhoods going in there and the whole area is new within the past 10 years.

    Finally got my TW back! Getting back to some routine here finally. Gotta say that I'm really glad on the choice of location we decided to stay (Covington). I've gotten used to my daily work commute with the Sounder Train and then taking the bus from downtown up to Cherry Hill. I can make it to work in just under and hour and the return trip just over an hour so it works out great.

    Trying to discover some good trails up here through websites. Anyone with suggestions?
