Alright, thanks buddy! I'm sure we will find something... Gonna head out that way with my dads boat for some trout and camping.

Btw I checked out that area last weekend and man what an awesome place! Kinda funny because I had been out there before during the winter and just never realized what I was passing.

 

i hit Lake Lenore a few years back and was pulling out some nice cutthroat. I think it was about this time of year when I hit there too. Lenore is north of Highway 2 by a little, and above Moses Lake. 3 of us fishing caught 5 fish, 3 of them were mine. just make sure you can throw the boat, because there is no boat launch. we were in a little aluminum boat that was riding in the back of the truck.

Jameson is a good lake to hit as well while out east, but it can be very busy.

 

I have never been to Lenore but I'm always up to try a new place! We used to have a small 12' duraboat that we could throw around but I don't think we could pull that off with a 20' alumaweld lol

I actually fished Jameson lake growing up as a kid! Really cool place but I have heard the fishing has really taken a hit out there and we haven't been in at least 4 years. Have you ever tried Lake Omak?

 

never been there. my dad & i were doing an annual trip to fish lake, and i pulled a 6 lb triploid out of there my first year out there. i haven't gotten enough fishing in the last few years since a lot of other things have come up and I have been a bit busy.

 

Are we still on for Joker's this afternoon?

I'll be there at 5:15. That little parking lot fills up quick sometimes. Yesterday I parked at the drug store next door. Sometimes there are quite a few people there right after work as well.

How will we identify each other?? hahaha

 

I wonder if it would be quicker for me to go up 18 to 90 instead of touching 405... Then again, 405 should be empty going north, right?

 

I don't miss west side traffic. Rush hour here means a few extra people on the roads, so instead of going 45, we are down to 35. Beats the hell out of 45 to 15. Freeway only slows down to 55 at worst.

 

I could make it down for a drink... I really have not met any of you yet though lol, but the old parking lot has a ton of room.

maybe just tell the bartender that you are meeting a Toyota club and she'll direct us to the correct table.

I can host Saturday May 3rd.
With any luck, my truck will be off the lift with the new clutch by then. Parts where delivered today.

 

Just got home, the URD clutch arrived, but the throw out bearing and sleeve shipped separate. I won't see them till tues, damn, maybe next weekend.

 

Thanks to the help and garage space of YZF450MOE, I'm now fully OME'd!

Tracks and drives fine, so I'm going to let things settle in for a few hundred miles before getting an alignment. If the alignment numbers come in good, I'll decide on new tires. If not and I need UCA's, tires will have to wait for awhile.....
