Wouldn't mind just screwing around for a few hours to get things started. Anybody up for Friday morning or Sunday any time? Can worry about where to go once we have a couple people that have open schedule.

Maybe it would be useful to throw a list up in the OP of all the members we have got in the area? Just so we know how many we have got!

Decided to roll out to the dunes at Moses Lake on Friday (June 15), leaving about 6:30pm from Edmonds when my buddy gets off work and returning sometime in the wee morning hours on Saturday. If anyone can swing it last minute trip, you're more than welcome.

Depends on where we go, but I was thinking of hitting the Fortune Creek Trail which is 90 minutes away. Found some links here:

You think that's too far or do-able? I am estimating we could be back by 4PM?

Let me know if you do this on another weekend, I'd be up for going. Takes 2 hours for me to get out there, so not too bad.

If I can drive down to see you bums, you can make it up here, too :D

^^^ There are definitely spots in the north and on the peninsula I'd like to hit and I'm sure other people would be interested. Let us know if you have any specific areas in mind. We'll keep the thread going for all our wheeling trips. I plan to do some more research as well for stuff your direction. Often times I've had the most fun just picking an area of FS roads that look promising and just going for it.

Have you guys seen that TW moab trip in spring 2012? That would be awesome to be able to go to that! I've stuck mainly to fs roads in my area with the exception of an extremely deep mud hole. hahaha now that was a bad choice... Especially at 10 pm.. :D
