With a reputation of a few hundred people having his back and at worst what appears to be the first mistake/misunderstanding I have personally seen I would still order from Eric with confidence. I've never even bought his products yet and the man has both messaged me and texted me to work with me.

I don't know either of these guys and to be honest there is always two sides to every story. That being said:

If the custom bumper was promised in three months it should not have taken seven months.

If it was a custom order then the bumper that was delivered was not to the customers request ( custom ).

Then if the supplier refused to send my money back for the incorrect product.

I would be mad as hell too. Just the four month delay is enough, more than twice the original lead time.

I am quite curious to hear the other side of the story as well.

My suggestion to anyone reading this that is considering using Relentless is to get personal opinions from people who have dealt with Eric via PM. No one likes their dirty laundry being in public.. your also more likely to get unbiased opinions via PM then in public.
