are you looking for more on-road or off-road style boot? Also you may get lucky with not having to have a special boot. You need to try different brands of boots when you get an opportunity to. Gaerne in general runs a little wider the most others if i remember right. If you need bigger, since most dont run in half sizes, you could also get lucky with a tighter fit boot on your special foot, an a little lose on the other. Thats a tricky situation to deal with.. But, again.. just try to test a bunch of brands. Hit up MX shops and what not. You'll get lucky I bet without having to order boots.

hows the recoup after the little accident? All on the up and up?

Eh I can't even find a store that carries size 14. I'm probably just going to run the gamut on revzilla since its about my only option.
Healing is going well. I've only had to use big drugs once because I was working on the truck the other night and made my ankle ache. Other than that I just walk like an old man and get sore on the top of my toe near the base.

I went for my first ride in over a year last Monday. Talk about out of shape! it was good to get out and ride though, it's been too long. I need to find more people that ride down here in my neck of the woods!

How bad is the divot? Factory connection can sometimes machine the pipe if it's not to deep. (I've been told this, but haven't asked them)

Thanks for the tips! Ended buying a set of used forks off ebay. Seemed like it was the quickest and most cost effective route. Going to ride part of the OBCDR in a couple weekends with some buddies. Should be fun!
