Looking for a 2nd gen taco, got any leads?

Seems like in the last 4 months the market has just super dried up. so, anyone got any good leads on what i am looking for hopefully in Washington

2nd gen TRD OR 4x4 long bed under $20k and not a salvage title

I have found 2 in the last week and about 4 months ago I was finding about 4-5 in a week. Test drove one yesterday but they were asking way high, 120k on it and it needed new breaks and tires very soon and I could barely talk him down to 18.5 cash (add in tax and you see the problem)

 

These keep thier resale really well, so you may just need to look at higher mileage ones or maybe 1st gen. I know i wanted a 10 or 11 at first, but they are almost as much as brand new... so i opted for that.

 

I was in the same position. Wanted a 2010 or newer but spend a few extra thousand and I just got a new one.

 

ya im looking at around 100k 2nd gens. I find a few here and there (one that had been salvaged 3 separate times) but it just seems like all of a sudden they have all vanished. I figured id see more towards summer with gas prices going up
