mountain driving

I am going on vacation this June (2015), north colorado, wyoming, etc. Basically the mountains. What do I need to do (modify) (or change(s)) to my truck. 2010 2.7 liter automatic taco. Never been to the MTNS. before. Thanks,tree jumper.

It should be fine stock unless you're going to be hitting some seriously deep snow. I took my 4banger 86 4Runner up into the mountains all the time. If you struggle in mountain passes with power, just make sure to be courteous and move over to the right lane.

Fresh air filter she will thank you at those elevations, tune up ect. Check spare, carry tools and recovery gear. Have fun
