Jimmyjohn here and I'm from Great Falls. I make it up to Glacier every third week in July for the Glacier/Waterton Ham Fest. It is held at Glacier Meadows Camp Ground on Highway 2.

my area of expertise is mostly in and around the wise river and big hole valleys. i don't think there is a road or trail in that area that i have not been on. dont want to suggest anything too crazy, depending on everyones abilities/experience. lots of areas to camp in too. a few places come to mind over here in bozeman/belgrade but camping is mostly by reservation only - a concept which i do not understand.

Has anyone ever put a note in a windshield to join tacomaworld? I've seen alot of Tacos in and around Missoula that I don't think are members. The more the merrier. Especially for the meet and greets.

Yea i was just thinking some fun little trail to go dink around on. I think that the middle of the state would be best for the most amount of people to come

I have the tacomaworld.com sticker in my window but have never thought about leaving a note. So hopefully the sticker will get some attention. Yea it would be cool if we got like 20 plus people to take over a camp ground. If we could find someone in the middle of the state to find a good camp ground we could start planning the trip and what everyone could bring.

there are not enough trees in the world to make enough paper to have a note on every tacoma here. i think about 40% of the local population drives tacos.

i have tw stickers too - got some from tcbob last week. if we ever meet up i will pass them on.

EDIT - my 200th post! woohoo!

Currently questioning the accuracy of my new maps...

i am no longer confident that the people who put this atlas together know what they are doing. "...assumes no responsibility for the risks, dangers, and liability that may result from your use of this road atlas."

yep. i know three forks isnt a huge metropolis but if youre going to point it out on a map shouldnt you try to get it in the right spot?

i thought i would like this altas better - my gazetteer is so outdated - the coding on the road conditions seems to be more accurate in this one. now i wonder if i trust this at all...if they cant locate cities properly then what else could be wrong?

and you made it out alive?!?!? funny thing about Montana bars, the ones that you would assume to be dangerous are usually okay and the ones that look okay are just plain scary.

I was wondering if anyone ever found those "Big Sky Country" flaps? I have an 01 and someone mentioned ones that would fit.
Also I would love to meet the other Taco owners in this state, anytime this summer i'll be ready.
