    Yeah I don't think skids will be needed for this run it's going to be mild snow covered fire roads for the most part.

    x2. I'm pretty much stock (except for my AAL and 5100s) and I travel these roads all summer long. I'm sure we'll be avoiding the forest roads that are only a foot or two wide (due to overgrown vegetation) on this trip, so you don't even have to worry about scratches. Never ventured off the paved forest road this time of year, so it'll be fun. Expect to spend A LOT of time cleaning it up later though!:D Muddy, muddy, muddy...

    Well, you can ride with me. Hopefully, I can make it where everyone else does.

    Actually, I have to be real careful about getting too close to smokers (we don't smoke) since my wife's got severe asthma. She almost passed out once at the post office from just one whiff of someone's smoking nearby. Luckily, a friend we knew was nearby and saw her and was able to get her throat to work enough for the inhaler. Going into/out of stores where people smoke right outside is terrible.

    And I grew up in a household of smokers. My parents didn't quit until I was a Junior in High School.
