Do you have a detailed list of exactly everything that is there? Looks like a great recovery set!

No list yet. To be honest This is only about 1/2 of all the stuff I have. I was trying to Clean the back of my truck when I took this pic. I still had stuff in the truck. I carry to much stuff but I have a hard time just leaving it @ home.:D But some stuff I do. Like my 1/2"x 20' recovery chins. I always have 2 jacks, 1 star wrench, 1 small air compressor, food & water for two people for two days, Lot's of stuff to start a fire, fire extinguisher, shovel, BIG first aid kit, rain gear, at lest 3 flash lights & batteries, jumper cables & gloves.
& lot's & lot's of other little stuff i can hide in all the little storage places in my truck. :)

Yeah I got that book, as well as SoCal and Moab. I hope you guys bought directly from their site it's 20% off so it will be about the same as the Amazon price. I would highly recommend to get the "coil binding" for $5. Trust me on this.

I have another NorCal book non-coil binding which I was ripped off at Barnes & Noble for $25. I'll sell for $10, practically brand new. The binding is barely even creased.

I'm down for a mini mod day.

As for the wheeling trip I'll have to play by ear. My schedule is quite sporadic.

Hey guys I'll be in SoCal May 1st for my annual testosterone trip with my buddies. Have fun on the Snow Run.

Jerry let me know the date of the mini mod day, I've got a bunch of little projects I need to work on.

Seriously, a chain saw? In case you can't fit between two trees and need to...um, move one? I'll have to use that excuse this summer when I'm out cutting firewood up Mormom Emigrant Trail.:D

FWIW, I always take a snow shovel and snow clothes whenever traveling up into the snow. I've had to use the snow shovel so many times to dig people out (I carry a foldup shovel like the one in the pic, and the full size one should work too, it just doesn't move as much snow) and digging people out when you're just wearing regular clothes, down on your knees in the snow...well, you might as well be naked.:D

I almost need to print this pic out and hand it out to the flatlanders that find their way up MET in the winter and get stuck. It's funny to watch them bottom out with the wheels in the air and to see them step out in slacks (guys) and high heels (gals).<<Thought I'd clarify since some of you are from the Bay Area.:D

What? Are you telling me you've never seen a guy walking around wearing heels? I've had my fair share of audits (back in my auditing days) in the bay area, or are you telling me I offended you because you wear heels?

I'm only kidding anyway. Humor is big in our household. My wife says I hardly ever say anything funny...until she broke her ribs a couple months ago and then seemed to find my comments funny. She just claims she's better at the zingers than me (and she is, but don't ever let her hear me say that). And my 13 year old daughter's already started!
