    funny guy

ucd has a butcher/slaughterhouse that my buddy manages, he has to teach a class once a week on what he does and thus spawned the name meat lab...
best meat around imo and its cheaper than cosco, they are highly regulated so the meat is very clean and always delicious.

    back to bone stock.
    good to know!!!

my wife went to Davis, and never mentioned the meat lab. the price on the standing rib roast is NOT better than costco..the meat lab appears to be regular priced...compares to a higher end butcher shop..imho. looks good tho!! life is too short to eat shitty meat.

The closest place i've wheeled around davis legaly is mix canyon up by vacaville, that was with the xj though. There's something for everyone there but the most fun for this terrain is had with straight axles and lots of flex. Either way place is a blast.
Call the owner of the land before you go, i think he mostly opens it up on sunday's. Don't forget about his tip jar, it is his private land and the offroad community owes him an infinite amount thanks

You tube mix canyon if you want more
