    I've seen 5-9ft swells at the wharf, and they don't even get waves. This was a few years back.

    some sailors were rescued off of sf on saturday and i wanted to know if brian got to take the big plane out in those stormy conditions.

    I was somewhat involved. We were launching early that morning to overfly for the helo but we broke the plane so I spent a few minutes fixing it and by then they had called in another crew. I do have a cell phone pic from it though.
