I guess this is something new they are starting as I have never run in to this before

No, it is good, but the key here is to string along the guy as long as I possibly can. By telling him that its basically killing any more dialogue to come between me and him.

True, just want to make him waste time and that may end it. I'm thinking of ordering one of these bad boys myself Maybe I could order a few for my "crew" and make it a little more enticing

You should say that you've tried processing the payment several times now and its not working. Then ask for a different payment system like paypal

This is what they told me about trying to buy my 2003 Chevy Cavalier...no one wants a cavalier that bad. It's a scam.

It's too easy for people to get away with.
well if they say that, then duh. but people using paypal is not scamming, i buy off craigslist all the time with paypal.

and JD, that would be a good email. id send that!

Really, it appears to me that this is not a scam, as in you send money and they don't send you something.

If so, they are going to more work than necessary to get a quite nicely functioning website up. I believe Western Union may be the only way for them to receive payments and that is probably not unusual. It is risky however.

My guess is that the products are counterfeit, perhaps made in same factory as the real thing, but as unauthorized production.
