That's a badass setup! If you want to be an even bigger badass you get the Pelfreybilt relocation kit with King air bumps :D

    YES... YES we will!!

I actually had Wheelers polyfoam bump stops, they were good for what they were but they are obviously not meant for the application which I put my truck through when wheeling.

Dude I just got them today, these things are bad freaking A. The shafts alone are thicker then the 7/8" monster shafts, well what I thought were monster sized shafts, on my SAW coilovers. I tried hitting one on the ground (Carpet actually) just to see if i could move it and 200PSI combined with the huge shaft that this thing has and I couldn't even move it :O no wonder people swear up and down by these beasts!

You know, I know this is over several pages old. Looking back at my original install of the Deaver's AAL and the 10" Fox 2.0's though, I specifically remember having to muscle the shocks up slightly (I only remember because having to do it twice was a total nightmare) to the bottom mounting locations on the back axle. That goes without having to say at this point, that the springs are the limiting factors in the flex equation, and when it comes to hard wheeling, jumping, whatever I throw at it. The shocks are not topping out. I'm glad I remembered about this. I know it's random, but I couldn't help but start thinking about it out of nowhere. :D

My combo is and has always been properly spec'ed, both for up and down travel and I KNOW that now!

Ummmm.....!!!!! Does anyone know more about these!?!?!? This could completely save my ass right now if they will actually fit 12" shocks under the bed.

Like would they might work with probably a little modification with a 2.5 Double bypass piggyback?

Jerry @ BAMF makes a kit too. I've been running 12" shocks for a while now. The bypasses won't work without some major mods. With my 35's and spacers I'm just barely clearing the shock body at stuff. Even when I had 33's they would rub.

    http://www.bayareametalfab.com/2nd-Gen-Shock-Relocation-Kit_p_14.html

I'm running 12" King Shocks with All Pro EXPO leafs and Fox Air Bumps. The kit had about 1" of shock left when the leaf springs
    maxed out.

Here's my truck literally right after Jerry finished it: ( Before adding the air bumps or doing the frame brace )

    The version I have now:

Don't get me started with Jerry's kit. I would have to go with a completely different shock. And would pretty much have to make a different shock tower to fit what I have.

Great kit though just didn't work fir my setup.

Styfu, The frame brace is to add strength to the frame where the towers are welded? I've never seen this before. You have a mean truck my friend

What kind of shock are you running? And then why not just make a different shock tower?

yeah, kinda of a frame plate & shock tower all in one. Thanks!

you have 12" double bypass piggybacks? You can fit 2.5s in the kit but with bypasses I don't think you can stuff those monsters in the kit. I've never seen piggybacks mounted in one of his kits either. The kit is designed for 12" 2.0 Kings with remote reservoir and 2.0 King air bumps. I would PM Tyler over at Pelfreybilt. His screen name is SoCalDuckSlayer. Super cool dude and highly recommend him and any of his work

Styfu, I thought the expos maxed out at just about 12" of travel thus allowing the full travel of the 12" Kings  (and having the air bumps there for protection/dampening as well)
