So what happened in the first pic is that the mount slipped off the ledge that it was sitting on from all day driving in the desert. Eric at Relentless said he never heard of anything like that before. When it slipped off the weight of the hi lift just bent the shit outa the mount. Eric is rad and a really good guy. He sent me a new mount when I showed him the pics of my bent one. The only thing that sucks is that I have noticed that under heavy whoops the mounts will tend to move and want to creep out over the ledge. You just gotta check them

Thats what my home made ones do thats why i wrapped them with foam and tape at the bottom kinda gives them some cushion.the rails are the weak point they flex with the weight of the jack.

I vote for sandwiches over a big BBQ (referring to 30 posts ago...)

Side note... I didn't get out on many trails last trip, only my second time on anything harder than a logging road, so went easy. I'd like to take it a bit further this time...

Hey what's up MJ, I have a bunch of stuff but I would say the 2 things that have priority are my icon LCA skids and my Bamf rear dif skid. The lease on the house I rent doesn't let me do any kind of wrenching on my vehicles, so kinda screwed there. Probably could but I really like where I live so I don't want to take any chances.

Our hoa prohibits it too... But we own the town home so... I figure there's not much they can do other than fingerwagging...

We should use channel 16, that's what was used last trip *shrug*

Yeah same with my place too, but I'm part of the HOA, so I don't want to look like a big hypocrite lol. I usually do all my mods at my father in laws, but I'm not in a position to invite some people over there. Your mods are pretty straightforward, we just need someone to host a mod day and we can pump it out pretty fast.
