Depending on which trails you pick, some can be completed in 2wd depending on conditions. I drove all the trails in 2wd there back in March. A couple hill climbs that were still wet i locked up the rear end made it with ease and some fun lol

The obstacle course is fun and then next to the obstacle course there is a trail that goes to the fun waterfall than can be difficult for most and cause body damage without the right spotting.

I wish i could go with you guys but saturday is my bday and i should be coming back from lake shasta that day.

Hey Nick, u know u want to try out that section where the xterra was 3 wheel in, just to show how ur well equipped icon rig could easily make that, and I'll be right behind u.

I think that guy took a bad line. I bet you could do that spot alot better. He also turned his wheel the wrong way for a bit. Scary.

I think he knows that spot very well and did it on purpose. He steered directly into a bad line and had a camera planted, then looked back at the cam after he did it.

There is a makeshift range up there. There are usually a lot of people there on a Saturday. No rangemaster, so that's a lot of fun. There are a lot of vehicle turn offs, that can run back a good distance from the trails, to set up your own shooting spot.

The trails up there are pretty simple. No forced obstacles like the douche in the Xterra took. I've seen Honda Accords bomb those trails up there. I take my truck through there alot.
On a nice sunny day, 1WD autos can get all up in there.

Cow mountain is awesome on my dirt bike. Even playing around in the obstacle course area and riding up and down the concrete wall.
