    I did alot of research about the passive demon eye and found that it isnt illegal. Its illegal having red lights on the front of your rig but the passive demon eye is more of a reflection. No different then red reflectors on some vehicle that come with them factory. Had it set up this way for about 7 mounths and I've drove from NY to Texas and now to Cali and havent gotten any crap from cops about it yet. If I did get pulled over for it I would probaly ask them if I could prove it dosn't turn red when the lights are on and that its realy only visible from vertain view points.
