Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I just got the rest of the parts for my AR. I have to just put the upper together but don't have the tools or knowledge. Would anyone like to help a brotha out?lol

LOL just kidding!! Friggen bonehead Chris called me yesterday afternoon and said "So hey! Are we all supposed to do that dinner thing tonight or what?"

I reminded him that it was on the 24th, not the 17th. And he said "Oh NEXT week?"

"Yes, Chris. You said the 24th would work for you and you were supposed to make a thread on it..."

And here he is, calling like 2 hours before we are supposed to be there. Silly Chris.

The last thing I want to see is Chris' moobs jiggling as he's laughing hysterically going down the slide.

(We should pay the attendant a few bucks to shut off the water just as Chris launches! Nothing like a dry butt burn all the way down those twists and turns!)

That might be the one Cal4Wheel helped buy? I remember last year, they took it out for some training and managed to break it.

Anyway, she was pretty interested in getting away from Bodie (or maybe her husband was-he was the LEO and she was the curator-super nice lady).

 

I could list a ton of lakes that you're not at (because I mentally went thru them and eliminated them). Doesn't look like 50 or 88 corridor. So I'm guessing 80 corridor?

 

So many lakes on 20. The pic makes it look like a small one. And I haven't been to them all. I remember going to a little one up and behind Bowman but can't remember what it looks like. Other than that, all the ones I know are bigger.

 

I have so many pics of Sierra lakes, I should start a thread for "Name That Lake." It might inspire more people to hike/drive to them!

 

Shoot, maybe I'll just start a Lakes/Waterfalls thread for places to go around here.
