The truck should come stock with it. I'm 6'4" and it's saved me numerous times.

I saw a speedway blue double cab looked like a 2012 sassed with fiberglass front and rear panels in Stanford a few weeks ago. The thing was a beast.

Maybe. I saw it in passing. I just gave him a fist pump as I drove by. How's work going? You getting those tires soon?

    Now I'm hungry...

We do indeed. One thing no one ever seems to talk about is the decline in the underground aquifer. Parts of the central valley are sinking. We (Santa Clara County) also get a lot of water from the various wells located throughout the county and we are increasingly relying on Hetch Hetchy or other stored water...gonna start sinking here too.

They did a story on it a couple of weeks ago. Some parts of the Central Valley are sinking at a rate of one foot per year!

Work is good, setting doors and windows right now. Sounds like the next job is either gonna be in Los Altos or Menlo Park. Tires are ordered, just waiting on the damn things to ship. The waiting is killing me

I need my skids too before we go. LCA skids, rear diff, gas tank, transmission, and transfer case are all on the way.

Also, tacomahq.com did an article on my build. They asked me a couple questions on monday and asked permission to use photos from my build page. I think the article turned out nice.

I read somewhere about how some of the reservoirs that litter the bay area require seismic retrofits of their dams. So the ones affect are running at low capacity in case of earthquake. For example, if Anderson Reservoir's dam ruptured it could flood Morgan Hill w/ a 35 foot wall of water and flood SJ with 8 Foot deep water. Anderson is down to 54% of normal because of that while they do the retrofit.

So having dams that can't even hold the water if we had a good rain sucks pretty bad too. :(

Currently they're charging the bay area aquifers with water from San Luis Reservoir since Anderson can't do that anymore.
