That being said, who has the talent to do rear wheel bearings and seals here ;) I'm in need... just found a sweet skunk stripe around my fender liner a couple days ago.

Other that simple cleaning of the surface dirt and grime I would leave it be.

I found these on Ebay and they say they are for a 1st gen, but those are definitely 2nd gen Camburgs. Good price too even if they need a rebuild. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camburg-Eng...Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a3b3a2658&vxp=mtr

True, it will take a weekend to replace for a first time. What are you doing for the rear lift? Those Donahoe's go on so easy when installing them, it shouldn't take long to install.

Dealt with this a few months ago. I ended up finding a pair of complete axle shafts for $50 and replaced the one I needed. That way I have a spare set I can rebuild on my time if it fails again. Jerry at BAMF might be able to help with the pressing if you're close enough, but he is busy.

Leaving the back stock. Running 37s up front, on 20x14 wheels. Socal style. Jk, ome 890s and lc shocks until I find a set of lc springs.

The Camburgs are SAW's I believe, but changed a little bit different. I can't remember the differences though.

Sounds like a solid first plan, but the second one sucks...:D

I'm sure you can find some LC coils pretty easily. What amount of wraps?

What prices do you think machine shops will charge to press in/out 8 bearings? I'm really tempted to pick up a harbor freight press so I can do my sc rebuild at home. Figure it's $100 with coupon for a 12 ton press and if a shop is going to be that expensive I may as well just buy one.

Depends, so will charge you the hourly rate, around $100, some will give you deal since it's a short job, especially if you pay cash. Might as well just buy one, they're cheap and very useful. We have a press at work I can do it for you on but I'm up in SF.

I'm probably going to wait till tomorrow and make some calls. The 20% off coupons always pop up and it's only a $7 difference. I'd be down to head up to SF if you'd be willing to help one weekend. I've never used a press before and SF isn't really far at all.

Yeah we could do it some weekend. Now that I think about it I'd have to ask my boss if he would be cool with someone else coming in, I doubt he would have a problem, otherwise I could do it but don't wanna fuck up yo shit:eek: There's a 25% one on till midnight. They really are helpful to have though.

Robert I'd just buy a press. It's cheap with the coupon and they're pretty simple to use. You can use it for a whole lot of other shit too
