How drastic of fabrication for this bumper?

ok so just another idea cause im full of them, i found this bumper and i want it and its in my price range, only my truck is 4 years newer, could i just fab the mounts and slap it on my truck or would i be digging a hole?

Don't know what the shipping cost from LC is but thats not a bad price for a bumper. Many people spend around 600-1000 for the prerunner/baja style bumpers
