Wink So you got stuck?!?/

Lets see all those victims of various stuck situations and perhaps a few words on how you ( or they) managed to get stuck and unstuck

Mike Vogels sticks his sons 2x4 on dusty bump

4 runner puts the strap to it and Yanks to safety

I have only been stuck 2 times. I dont get stuck anymore. If Im going some place in which I "think" I may be stuck, I take this:

I tried to recover a 1992 Chevy that was stuck in a river with my M-37 here, and I ended up tearing his truck off its axels.

Don't have too many pics of stuck vehicles. Usually too busy getting unstuck to pull out the camera. This one is of a friends first gen Taco that was unable to make it up a very loose and very steep climb.

--note there is a heavy strap wrapped over the winch line which you can barely see. Synthetic or not, I don't want anything snapping back.

that reminds me..

I was taking pics of this built 4Runner climbing some nasty rocks.. got the following sequence.

A strap and winch to get him over and up. He continued to wheel it all day and drove it home that evening.

First Tacoma stuck back in 99... Paragon Adventure park - got high centered in the soft wet coal dust stuff. It was nasty!

Another stuck (high centered) in an 'undisclosed' location. Totally ruined my nerf bars.

Ooop, and another high centered....this time, I had rock sliders!

That's about it for the tacoma stucks.....
The highlights of my wheelin days.....
This was a backwards end-over-end at Rausch Creek (Winch Hill). I'm glad the ground was SOFT or else the Jeep would've been trashed to hell. I think I'm the only person to do an end-o on winch hill.

Then....going DOWN Schoolbus trail in Tellico. Nasty....

All in good fun!!

Unfortunately with my stock tires it has been quite easy for me to get stuck in the Missouri muck we have in the spring around here, Im trying to wear them out as fast as possible so I have an excuse to buy something better I never seem to have a camera with me when I get stuck, but I am sure the expresion on my face would be worth a thousand cuss words.

We actually have 4 of them. 2 are in running condition. We have a friend that works for the Forestry service out here, so when the State, or other agency is going to sell or get rid of one, We get dibs. I have had it completely under water for about 4 miles. I'll just lock the throttle, and sit on top of the seat. We just picked up a 6x6 a few months ago, so when its finished, it should be a great exploring vehicle.

P.S. In this, I fear no body damage!

I'm betting the floormats of all involved looked nice afterward.
