Not sure if I should do a little shoveling first!! Hope the picture came out, no idea how to post a picture.

You should have backed in and keep a snow plow attached... then you could just slap it in 4wd and put the pedal to the metal. =p

(back to reality)... You have alot of snow to shovel.

I'd do it. It's just a drift. It looks like it drops down to about a foot out a few feet. Just stay on the skinny pedal till you clear it.

 

I may shovel a little. The only help I have is my wife....

 

take the tailgate off and use the bed as a giant shovel.

LOL I have pretty much the same thing in NJ only my truck is outside, not in the garage. Thinking about giving it a shot to show up my neighbors (1 has a Dakota and the other has a Frontier), both of whom are completely cleaning their driveway first.

 

They have not begun to remove any snow here, I guess I'll wait it out. No place to go! There are a lot of big drifts all over.

 

I would shovel first because I hate having to shovel snow after it is packed. Also, I just about took out my garage door a couple months back by trying to plow through a drift in my driveway. Damn ABS got all squirrely and I barely came to a stop in time.

 

Breakin trail!!,,chain up and hit it!!,,bust back and fourth easily till you have some manuvering room and knocked it down a bit, then put it on the rev chip and keep it moving.

 

YES!!!! AND HAVE THE WIFE VIDEO IT!!!!

 

I'm pretty sure you'll be shoveling with either choice.

...and don't forget about the possibility of packing your tailpipe with snow.

 

A potato will solve that (j/k) I do not recommend that!

 

I wouldn't. You would be surprised what packed snow can do.

 

thats a pretty good drift. i put some 4x4's on the edge of my driveway and it has worked great to keep the drifts away from the garage door
