Amazing time this past weekend in the wilderness between Lake City and Ouray, CO! We went to hike a few 14ers but the road between where we stayed (Lake City) and where we ended up (Ouray) was just as good, if not better. Incredible views all around!

(GF was taking pics so didn't get very many Taco/wheeling shots)

Took some of those passes this summer. When didn't have a 4x4 and had to rent a Jeep. Wasn't much snow left.

This is beautiful! I'm seeing all these incredible drives and hikes that people are doing and I'm stuck at home. I really want to make my way down south to do some of these trails/ roads. Is there any info (national park website) that details the location of this mtn range that I could get access to?

Try this one ....I have been to Ouray area 3 time now and rented a Jeep
to drive. I have not been there since I bought my Tacoma ...Great drives in the Fall good colors and not many tourists.
Most of the pics in my gallery were taken in the Ouray area
