    ^^ Don't those need more ventilation to the exterior of the vehicle? Batteries can give off gases when they are charging. Would suck to be inhaling them.

    My grandpa had a caddilac and it's stock battery was under the back seat. It had a vent tube on it that connected to a hole in the floor so any gas given off exits outside the vehicle.

    Some batteries have a spot to hook up a vent tube. It's a plastic nipple thing on the casing of the battery.

    There's a lot of wasted space with the batteries behind he seat there with thy plastic shelving still there. Could make a lot more room back there. I need to make mine cleaner back there for sure. What does everyone else so for behind the rear seat storage on a double cab? First thing I did was remove that plastic crap for about 2x the room.
