It was a fun day. Gold Mine trail was to snowed in. Guys with 33s were getting stuck. I tried a new trail just pass FawnSkin. The ranger said it's not to bad. Well a foot and a half of snow and ICE under that made it for a interesting day.Got stuck pretty good for about 3 hours. Finally got out and had to tow that same guy that got me out. That's one of the best things about 4x4. Most people who offroad are pretty cool and always ready to lend a helping hand.

Will you go again in January of 2009?

May I suggest posting the Date of the Saturday in particular in your next post in bold type so I can plan on it?

Also, some of those trails look narrow. I'm worried that the truck will be scratched. I know, very pussy of me.

But I like to keep it pristine.

I'll post something up today for Jan. Don't worry about the trails you should squeeze through fine with no scratches.
