How to drain oil from 2TE-FE motor?

Hey guys, new to the forum here. I have a question, I tipped my tacoma on the passenger side, when we got it upright, it wouldn't crank. Towed home. 3 days later, I pulled the spark plugs out, rotated the motor by hand and oil went everywhere. So I grabbed a mity vac and pulled as much oil as I could. How can I remove the rest of the oil in the cylinders? I'm suprised the oil didn't "drain" out of the cylinders after 3 days

Should I just bump it with the starter and plugs out to push out the oil?

That's what I would do, sounds like you got most of it out with the mity vac. bump it a few times, pop the plugs in & commence to provide mosquito control
