    Yep!

Cameron said he was looking at about $150 in steel for the 1.70" tubing. Not sure what design he is going for or anything. He is still planning it out.

    Okay guys.

School for me starts the 20th. So that basically ties my hands and means I have to start this trip on the 5th of August.

    That is official.

    Sorry to those it affects.

Metal Distributors in FoCo. I don't think it would have been cheaper for whole sticks, other than the fact that they charge $1.50/cut and I don't have a way to transport 20' lengths of steel. Its cool, I have saved money in plenty of other places on my mods and supported a local business. Like i said, I have extra material too. Not enough for any big jobs, but small projects will be possible.

On a side note, I had my shoulder looked at and the doctor is requesting an MRI and thinks I will need surgery. Good chance it will fuck my chances of going to Moab :eek: but hopefully I am mostly healed up so that I know I won't miss this trip too :crossedfingers:

I wish! The switchbacks won't cut it with the wife and baby in the truck and the wife is pregnant again so I would be murdered if I told her to walk the trail :D Trying to be optimistic and telling myself that even if I have to miss some of the meets this year, my truck is still ready to tackle way more of the stuff in CO that wasn't accessible to me last summer.

I would hate to shake your wife and child, but you could always join MTgirl and I, we're planning to meet everyone at the top of the switchbacks...

If I don't make it to Moab, I will join on another leg of this trip because of the gas money I will save, but not sure if leg 1 will be the one I add. Leg three is much closer to home. But I appreciate the offer and who knows what will happen. Hell, I thought Moab was a done deal with me getting the truck pretty much where I wanted it...
